ClubEntpreneur St. Paul
with Host Chum Struve
September 20, 2017 at the University Club of St. Paul
Summary
Leadership is often considered an individual sport with a general focus on developing individual leadership skills. But the success of an organization depends on a leadership team. And there is one key factor that drives the success of the leadership team and the organization. Mark will draw on findings by Google, John Maxwell, David Horsager, Patrick Lencioni, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (R) to identify and explain this key factor. Walk away with an in-depth understanding of the key factor and multiple pathways for building it in your organization.
