If your company is considering a management system, take a simple quiz. It’s an assessment that will help determine whether you are ready.
There are many useful and proven management systems available. They include the Entrepreneurial Operating System (also known as “EOS” or “Traction”), Rockefeller Habits (updated as Scaling Up), Rhythm System, and others.
All of these systems require a certain mindset and a willingness to adapt. Your company needs to make key decisions about information sharing, transparency, and teamwork. The CEO must also be willing to listen and to act on leadership team input.
It’s not just “plug and play” if you wish to achieve significant and sustainable results.
Like the kayaker in the photo, make sure that you are ready. Have the right equipment, the right clothing, and the right supplies on hand. As the Boy Scouts suggest, “Be Prepared.”
